The purpose of the Shepherds Conference is to minister to pastors, elders and lay leaders of the local church and, for this reason, is specifically geared towards men. In order to free up as many spots as possible for these men to attend and due to our very limited capacity, we ask that no one under the age of 18 register for the conference. Attendees wives and children should not be on campus during this week. Only those who have registered for the Shepherds Conference and received a nametag will be allowed on campus.

Yes, we will notify you with a confirmation email immediately after you have registered. If the registration has not been accepted or if there is any technical problem either complete your registration on a different device or call or email us: 818-909-5530 or conferences@gracechurch.org.

There will be additional emails sent in the weeks prior to the conference with further conference details. Be sure to add conferences@gracechurch.org to your address book to prevent email from us going to your spam or junk folder.

If your registration has not been accepted or you encounter a technical problem, contact us for assistance at 818-909-5530 or conferences@gracechurch.org. If you do not receive a registration confirmation email, please check your "Junk E-mail" folder before seeking assistance.

Registration will open at 7:00am and the first session will begin at 9:30am on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. The last session will end around 9:00 pm on Friday, March 8, 2024. A full conference schedule will be available closer to the conference.

If you are unable to attend the conference, you can cancel your registration for a refund before February 23, 2024. There will not be any refunds issued after February 23, 2024. Please be aware that there is a $50 processing fee for cancellation. To request a refund, email conferences@gracechurch.org. The email must be sent by the person whose name appears on the registration, regardless of who made the payment. Refunds will be made back to the credit card used in the transaction.

Changes to registrations can be accommodated before February 16, 2024. To request changes, email conferences@gracechurch.org The email must be sent by the person whose name appears on the registration.

Once capacity for Registration with seating in the Worship Center has been reached, Overflow Registration will be made available the following week or so with seating in the livestream areas. Overflow Registration will include all amenities of the Shepherds Conference with the exception of seating which will be in designated areas.

Continental breakfast and lunch are included in the conference fee. Attendees are responsible for dinner. There will be food trucks available for the attendees to purchase dinner.

The meals and snacks provided offer enough variety to accommodate most dietary restrictions. You are welcome to bring your own food. However, we cannot provide refrigeration or storage.

The dress code for the conference is business casual. March is our rainy season, so come prepared for potentially rainy and cold weather.

All attendees who registered during general registration will be able to pick up their box of complimentary books throughout the week at the Conference Bookstore in the tent.

If you paid to have your books shipped there is no need to pick them up during the conference. They will be shipped directly to the address provided when you registered within about 2 weeks.
