Tom Pennington

Tom Pennington is the senior pastor of Countryside Bible Church in the Dallas area. Before his ministry in Texas, Tom served 16 years in various roles connected to Grace Community Church, including executive pastor and personal assistant to John MacArthur. For many years he was also managing director of Grace to You, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the international radio, audio, publications, and internet ministry.

In order to attend this Conference you must have an American Visa. If you do not, you must apply for one at the American Embassy of your country.

The process must begin at least 90 days before the conference date.

If you register to attend the conference and need to apply for an American Visa, we can provide a letter to assist you in the process. The letter does not guarantee that you will obtain a visa.

If you registered and the visa was not obtained, upon notification, you will receive a 100% refund to your credit card.

Translation for Spanish and Russian is available.

Please bring a radio with headphones to hear the conference in the language of your choice. You will be informed of the frequency once you are at the conference.

How to Register

To register for the Shepherds' Conference, you will be required to create a free Shepherds account. One you have created your Shepherds' account, you can sign in to proceed with the online registration form. At this time, only Visa and Mastercard are accepted via the website.

Registration Confirmation Email

We will notify you with a confirmation email immediately after you have registered. This email will be your receipt and proof that you have registered for the conference. If the registration has not been accepted or if there is any technical problems that you may have run into, contact us and we will assist you in this matter. You can call us at 818-909-5530 or email at coordinator@shepherdsconference.org. Please be aware that many times the email is automatically shuffled into the "Junk" folder. Make sure to check all the appropriate email locations to confirm your registration.

Cancellation/Refund policy

If you are unable to come to the conference, you can cancel your registration at any time. Please be aware that there will be a $50 processing fee for the cancellation. We will consider a full refund if the cancellation is due to medical emergency or death. In order for us to issue a refund, you will need to provide us an email stating the reason for your cancellation. Our email address is coordinator@shepherdsconference.org. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for the refund.

Transfer of Registration

Conference registration is non-transferrable.

Meals

Continental breakfast and lunch are included in the conference fee. The attendee is responsible for arranging their dinner. A list of local restaurants will be provided for you in our Shepherds' Conference Guide.

For Men

Please note, the Shepherds' Conference is specifically geared for men only. Our purpose is to minister to the pastors, elders, and leaders of the local church. We encourage you to allow us to serve these men by not bringing your spouse to the conference. We have limited space in our worship center as well as on campus. Our focus is to make this conference a time for these men to be refreshed and rejuvenated in their ministry.

Dress Code

The dress code for the conference is business casual. Please note that March is our rainy season, so please come prepared for potentially rainy and cold weather.
