If your registration has not been accepted or you encounter a technical problem, contact us for assistance at 818-909-5530 or conferences@gracechurch.org. If you do not receive a registration confirmation email, please check your "Junk E-mail" folder before seeking assistance.

If you are unable to attend the conference, you can cancel your registration for a refund before February 25, 2018. There will not be any refunds after this date. Please be aware that there is a $50 processing fee for cancellation. To request a refund, email conferences@gracechurch.org.

Continental breakfast and lunch are included in the conference fee. Attendees are responsible for dinner. To facilitate fellowship and for your convenience, we have arranged local Southern California cuisine for purchase from food trucks that will be stationed near the large tent every night of the conference. 

The Shepherds' Conference is specifically geared to men—our purpose is to minister to the pastors, elders, and leaders of the local church. We encourage you to allow us to serve these men by not bringing your spouse to the conference.

The dress code for the conference is business casual. March is our rainy season, so come prepared for potentially rainy and cold weather.

Your complimentary resources will be available for pickup throughout the week.
